Is there a minimum number of orders?
Minimum order is ten handmade invitations.
Do I have to order in multiples of ten?
No, once you have ordered the minimum number, stationery can be ordered in exact numbers. We advise you order a few extras just in case.
Can I choose my own wording?
Yes.
How much notice is required for an order?
Order details need to be confirmed no later than a month before invitations are sent out. For weddings, we suggest this is approx. four months before the big day.
When should I order place cards, order of service, and thank you cards?
It is best to confirm these when you have received all your invite replies.
How much deposit should I pay?
50% of the total order is required as a deposit.
What method of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made by cash, postal order or cheque (cheques made payable to ‘Custard Designs Ltd.’).
How much do I pay for delivery?
This obviously depends on the weight of your order, but the average consignment usually costs around £12.00.
