CONDITIONS OF USE The access or use of this Website constitutes Acceptance of the following conditions of use:

None of the Material from this Website may be downloaded, copied, sold, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed and/or otherwise dealt in or with, without the prior written authority of Custard Designs Ltd. This does however exclude the downloading any material on a single computer for personal, home use only, non commercial, provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices remain intact. Custard Designs Ltd hereby disclaims all liability in connection with any loss and/or damage howsoever arising as a consequence of either any use of, or the inability to use, the Material on this Site.
Custard Designs Ltd reserves the right to alter or change any product or price without any prior notice.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS We want you to be entirely happy with your purchases, and in compliance with the EU Distance Selling Directive you may cancel your order contract by simply returning your order to us within 7 days from the receipt of goods, in their original condition and fit for re-sale, and we will refund the full value, less: (1) the original delivery charges (if applicable), which are the responsibility of the purchaser, and (2) the Paypal fee, as soon as possible, and no longer than 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and Custard Designs Ltd do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us. Exchanges: Simply return your purchases to us within 7 days of receipt, and we will despatch replacement goods. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply. Custard Designs Ltd reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are believed to have been damaged, or are not in their original condition. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES Please contact us within 24 hours if the goods you receive are damaged so that we can immediately address the problem. In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 14 days from the date of your order in case you order has been delayed.
PRICING At present, we do not collect UK VAT. Custard Designs Ltd reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE Please allow up to 10 days for your delivery (it will usually arrive within 3-5 days).
DATA PROTECTION / SECURE SELLING We will not pass on your details to another party. The only time your details are passed on to a third party is when you pay via Paypal when ordering. Paypal does not reveal your details to any other third party.
PAYMENT Online orders are processed via Paypal. Telephone orders are welcome which may be paid for by cheque or postal order.

DELIVERY / SHIPMENT Postage and packing for UK delivery is via Royal Mail Standard Parcel Post. Our standard charge is currently free. Please allow a maximum of 10 working days for delivery. Deliveries to EU countries incur a P&P charge of £17.00. Worldwide P&P is charged at £22.00.
WORLDWIDE ORDERS Custard Designs can ship to Worldwide addresses - please see above for P&P charges.
